在自行车上应该用on还是in？

有时候表示交通工具的名词会被具体的钟点时间修饰，这时候介词可以用by也可以用on。比如I’ll go on the 9 o’clock train或者I’ll go by the 9 o’clock train，这两种说法在语法上都是成立的。
