Most Chinese students have difficulties in learning English. The difficulties vary so much from person to person that it is difficult to cite here in a few words. Some may have problems in reading. Others may have trouble in writing. I also had problems in English learning， but my difficulty seemed to lie in listening. For example， when tested for listening comprehension， I couldnt understand a single sentence， let alone a passage of medium level.
In order to overcome the difficulty in my English learning， I made great efforts to find the key to the problem. I consulted my teacher and found out that I merely didnt have enough time to practice listening. So I bought a tape recorder and listened to it at least two hours a day. In addition， I listened to "Special English" on VOA. I also went out of my way to speak to foreigners on the campus whenever we meet so that I could have the chance to listen to the native speakers. After half a years hard work， I could get 70% of the questions correct in listening comprehension tests.
I own my success to my English teacher. It is him who tells me the correct way to learn English. It is him who always encourages me when I encounter difficulties and feel disappointed.
大多数中国学生在学习英语方面有困难。人与人之间的困难出现如此大的差异，很难在这里引用几句话。可能有一些问题在阅读。其他人可能有困难。我学习英语也有问题，但我的困难似乎躺在听。例如，当听力测试，我无法理解一个句子，更不用说一段中等水平。

Today， with the development of technology， people own all kinds of electronic products， mobile phone is very popular， almost everyone has a mobile phone at hand， we even can say that we can’t live without mobile phone.
As the phone has become so popular， students are also obsessed about it， high school students use cell phone without letting teachers know it， the reason that the teachers ban them to use mobile phone is that the phone will distract students from study. I agree with teachers， as a student， I know exactly how the phone affects me in the class. I always want to check my phone， seeing if there is message. I can’t focus on my study， all my mind thinking is to check on the phone.
I am not saying we should not use mobile phone， I advise that it is better use it when we are not studying.

Recently the issue of students’ study has been brought to public attention. Students are anxious about how to improve their scores. Some work very hard. They spend all their time on study. They do nothing except study. As far as I’m concerned， it is not a good way to study. Alternate work with rest is the best to study well. Students should try their best to learn knowledge as Francis Bacon said，”Knowledge is power”. However， they should have other recreational activities to relax themselves. Because people can do things more efficient after relaxed themselves’s more， people can obtain knowledge from many sources besides books， which is beneficial for study. Thus， bine exertion and rest is the best to study.

Although we must agree that we need to read and write english from the book in order to get the foundations that we need for basic communication， this is essential but as i said， this is only a foundation， what you develop afterwards all depends on your ability to adapt to an environment and your courage.
